What exactly is an on-chain AI agent?
Agents are autonomous programs that execute DeFi actions — swaps, lending deposits, yield rebalancing — based on strategies you define. On SperaxOS they also have on-chain identities (ERC-8004) so their actions are publicly verifiable.
How can I verify what agents are doing?
Every on-chain action is recorded as a transaction on Arbitrum. You can verify any agent action on Arbiscan. The agent's decision reasoning is also logged and linked to the transaction.
What happens if an agent loses money?
Agents execute within the risk parameters set at deploy time (max drawdown, position size limits). Both the creator and the SperaxOS DAO can pause any agent. A community insurance fund covers a portion of any losses from protocol errors.
How is revenue distributed?
Revenue is distributed automatically via smart contract. 70% goes to the agent creator, 20% to the protocol treasury, and 10% to SPA token stakers who participated in governance.
What does it cost to deploy an agent?
You need to stake 100 SPA tokens to activate an on-chain agent deployment. There are no other fees for the basic tier. Higher tiers unlock more capabilities.
